GPU: Zotac Gaming GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Trinity OC 12GB GDDR6X (already bought)
CPU: Intel Core i9-12900K 5.2 GHz
CPU COOLER: not liquid...but there's difficult to find one for this CPU ¿?
Motherboard: Gigabyte Z690 AORUS MASTER
RAM: Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 4800MHz 16GB CL38
PSU: ¿EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 P+ 80 Plus Platinum 1300W Full Modular?
SSD M.2: Kingston KC2000 1TB SSD M.2 NVMe PCIe
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro 2 Thempered Glass Full Tower
Fans: x8, can you recomend fans for this computer?
Screen: ¿?

What you would modify from this project?

Looks like a solid build overal. The beQuiet Dark Rock Pro 4 comes to mind as a solid Air Cooler. Bequiet Silent Wings Case fans if you want a low-noise PC, though the Phanteks already comes with some of its own.
