cpu fan spinning fast radomly

i have an intel nuc type, and using only linux os. when i am using eg. FB, messenger, email browsing , just radomly the cpu fan will spin fast and temperature goes up but will eventually slow down. i7-9750h, intel uhd630 gpu, 512 nvme, 32gb ram

What sorts of temps are you hitting? If they're regularly spiking above 80-90C, then fans will probably ramp up to dissipate all that heat quite often.

Thanks for your time , but the MB i have is a genericbrand with a ami bios and onlysuplier can upgrade the bios...notbing much i can do with bios configurafion its very limited
