First build - PC does not turn on

Hi,

I just put together my first build with the following pieces:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 3900XT
Cooler: be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4
Motherboard: MSI X570 Tomahawk ATX AM
GPU: Nvidia RTX 2060 Super 8GB - Asus turbo
RAM: 32GB (2x16GB) G.Skill Trident Z Neo DDR4-3600 C16
SSD: Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M.2
Power Supply: Corsair RMx Series RM650X
Case: Phanteks Enthoo Pro ATX Full Tower Case

I have made sure that:
* 24-pin cable is correctly plugged in the motherboard.
* The motherboard has two CPU power ports (8-pin and 4-pin), I have plugged my EPS CPU connector from the PSU in the 8-pin port since my PSU came with just one EPS connector.
* The frontal PANEL is properly connected to the JFP1 port, AUDIO to JAUD1, and USB2.0 and USB3.0 to JUSB1 and JUSB3 respectively (I strictly followed motherboard documentation).
* PCIe cable is properly connected to the 8-pin power port of the GPU.
* CPU cooler is properly connected to the motherboard.

After checking all of that, I connected plug PSU and switch to on, but when pressing the power button in my case, nothing happens.

I have started to take part apart to do some debugging and I have noticed that the EZ DEBUG LED of my motherboard does not turn on when PSU is on, shouldn't it show some light to show that CPU and other components are properly installed? The GPU does show the LED on when PSU on, which makes me think that the PSU is working fine, and that the motherboard might be dead...

Any proposals on what to do? It's my first build and I'm not sure what the source of errors might be...

Thank you very much in advance, I have decided to publish after so much reading on this website, it's a great place to learn!

As far as I know the ez debug only shows lights when the Motherboard is running the Power on self test (POST). So it'll have to turn on for that to show any indication.

Detach anything you don't need, all USB, audio, take out one ram module, take out the gpu, !re-check the front panel connectors! - these might not fit the motherboards lyout completely. Feel free to post a quick pic of your cables here.

Only start putting stuff back in, once the motherboard turns on successfully.

The 3900XT might need a BIOS Flash, but the Motherboard should still turn on, even if it does.

Thanks for your quick response Alex,

I have disconnected everything, just plug CPU, CPU cooler, one RAM, 8-pin EPS CPU connector, 24-pin power cable, and the front panel (power switch, power led, hdd led and reset switch).

I include photos of those connections:

I connect PSU to power, switch it on, press power button of the case and nothing happens...
