first podcasting/video editing PC build, advice appreciated

Hello- I'm looking to build a PC with primary work load being podcasting and video editing. would be interested in streaming cheaper/indie games at some point down the road. budget is $1300 (before a monitor/keyboard and mouse). not necessarily looking to upgrade in the near future, and I live in the US.

I like your build and it will perform nicely in your workloads. GPUs are very price inflated and out of stock in many places, so make sure you either wait a couple of weeks to get reasonable prices, or look around for some deals. The GTX 1650 in your build list is too expensive. Always check against msrp.
