Help: Amd ryzen 5600 processor plastic broke off fan

We made our 1st build

When handling the processor fan, the outside plastic circle snapped off... we're hoping that is ornamental only??? Will that mess up airflow somehow??

Do you have an image that shows this? I'm not entirely sure what you mean by "outside circle". Thanks!
