Help: gaming and streaming build

Hi!
I'm looking to build my first ever desktop pc.
I currently have a alienware 17 laptop and need an upgrade.

My budget is 2200 dollar give or take (not counting extras like monitor and keyboard).

I'm going to use the pc for heavy gaming and for youtube and twitch gaming.

The build need to be highly upgradable for the future.

I'm also going to have a cd drive, don't know if all cases have space for cd drives or not.

I have no experiences with computer building and could use all the help i can get, thanks
