Keyboard

Please my keyboard is not working, I thought it was faulty so I replaced and still not working. But when I troubleshoot the keyboard, it says there is nothing wrong with the keyboard, and I have opened the laptop and cleaned every part but it's still not working. I even updated all drivers to see if it will work but still nothing. So what could be wrong

Does the OS recognize the Keyboard, as in it's listed in the device manager?

Which laptop do you have and how old is it? Did you spill anything over the keyboard?
