So basically I had a 750 ti and I bought an rx 6500, and it's performing even worse than the 750ti, I'm thinking about switching back to the 750..
At first the whole pc was crashing, until I deleted and installed a previous version of the AMD software.
Now it's not crashing but it's getting even lower fps than the 750 in games such as cs go and fortnight.
I know my motherboard is PCi3 and the performance will be slightly worse tha pci4 but from watching youtube benchmarks , their performance is a lot better even on pci3.
power limit is on full and gpu overclocked but still.

Asus RX 6500
