What would be good gaming pc setup?

I have about a $1500 budget, gaming mostly fps, graphic-heavy? games. Also Minecraft. Also video editing and school. I'm also looking to stream, so I'm looking more for 1440 p. I'm planning on upgrading to better parts later, so I think I wanted to have a pretty decent CPU and GPU first. Also, looking for a white, open case. Thanks.
