Why my i5 12400 cinebench R23 multi core score is low???

Asus tuf gaming b660m-e (mother board)

128 gd Nvme ssd(43 gb free or 78 gb occupied)

3200mhz 8gd ram 1 pice (corsair vengeance Lpx)

Psu-Corsair Cv 450

my PC cinebench r23 multi core score is 10332.but usually I see this specific processor multi core score is 12000 Plus. why I get low score.??

I am using one stick 8GB RAM. Is it the reasons for low score??
if I am using two stick Ram of 16GB or 32GB Ram... can I get higher score???

That might be the reason right there. Can you do a single core perf bench run to see how it boosts with just a single core?

Also keep in mind that there are some variances in silicon quality in any CPU. Then again 10% is quite a big loss.
