Freelance Writer for PC-Hardware topics

CGDirector is seeking a freelance article writer. The ideal candidate has an understanding of several of the following:

• Has a solid understanding of Computer-Hardware, PC-Builds, Benchmarking, Testing
• Knows how Software utilizes the Hardware in tasks such as 3D Rendering, Animation, Video Editing, Design
• Has knowledge of Video Editing / Graphic Design / 3D Animation or similar and can apply that knowledge to helpful Articles
• Is a native speaker of English
• Has the ability to write roughly 1500-3000 Word long Articles that are interesting, helpful and easy to read and understand.

• Is an expert at one or more of the following Software Packages / Plugins
  • Cinema 4D
  • Blender
  • 3ds Max
  • Maya
  • V-Ray
  • Redshift
  • Octane
• Knows how to use that expertise for writing Software guides (optimization, how-to …)
• Has a solid understanding of tech and PC-Hardware
• Knows how Software utilizes the Hardware in tasks such as 3D Rendering, Animation, Video Editing, Design
• Has knowledge of Video Editing / Graphic Design / 3D Animation or similar and can apply that knowledge to helpful Articles
• Is a native speaker of English
• Has the ability to write roughly 1500-3000 Word long Articles that are interesting, helpful and easy to read and understand.

Articles & Content Ideas

We are open to your Article- and Content-Ideas.

Although we have a long list of topics that we are planning on tackling, if you have a specific area that you are passionate about, an expert in, and would love to write about, as long as it it fits our site’s topics, there is a high chance we want to hear about it.

All of our writers get paid at industry standard rates, but we love paying premium for articles that go above and beyond. After all, our readers deserve only the best.
