What graphics card to buy for my current motherboard

Whats the best graphics card i can buy with reasonable price for this motherboard that will be compatible? I would like some suggestions.

Almost everything available will be 'compatible,' but buying even modern mid-range stuff won't be too advisable since your CPU will hold your performance back quite a bit. Depends on what work you're planning to do with your PC.
