Hi everyone,
I'm slowly growing my list of clients and need to upgrade from a laptop to something that lets me render faster without me wanting to pull my hair out.
I work in Premiere Pro, After Effects, Da Vinci (including fusion), Blender, Photoshop. I also plan to work in Nuke.
My current machine (laptop) is:
Dell XPS 15 9570
Chip: i7 8th Gen 6 cores 2.20GhZ
Graphics Card: GTX 1050Ti
Ram:32GB
I shoot on a BMPCC at 6k resolution and usually use proxies at 1080p. Ideally, I would love to be able to edit at least 4k and be able to render fast which is the main issue at the moment as soon as I have more GPU intensive effects and I would also like to improve Ae performance.

This is a build that someone suggested. First of all, I don't know Zotac and how much it differs from the other manufacturers. I also don't want to overspec as I could use the budget for something else (I can go up to 2.300/400 dollars). The monitor I would buy separately so I wouldn't keep it in this discussion. I think that 64GB of ram would be better than 32GB.
My goal:
-Smooth video editing and motion graphics (decreasing considerable render time)
-Light to medium 3D animation renders
-Compositing
-Unreal Engine for set extensions
I'm really confused as all the advice I can get is from gamers who don't have the same needs as I do.
